Better Work, Better Life
Eric Fingerhut (second from right) poses with other Hillel professionals at the Better Work, Better Life celebration on Oct. 28, 2015.
Prior to closure as a stand-alone organization, and the Jewish Community celebrated 100+ Jewish nonprofits that qualified for its Better Work, Better Life Campaign, by adopting paid parental leave and/or formal flexible work arrangements. In the summer of 2015, 黑料传送门 adopted a new Family Leave Policy meeting the standards of the BWBL Campaign. 黑料传送门 President and CEO Eric D. Fingerhut made the case for paid leave in “talent-driven organizations” at the BWBL Celebration on October 28, 2015 at the Prince George Ballroom in New York City, highlighting Hillel’s commitment to providing benefits that reflect our values of family and community.
