The Hillel Society at Lafayette has been a home-away-from-home for Jewish students for fifty years. Students of all faiths come together for weekly student-led Shabbat services and dinner throughout the academic year. Kosher Dining
Shabbat Dinners: all meals are dairy or pareve. Pesach: all meals are Kosher for Passover. While we do not have kosher facilities on campus, arrangements can be made with the dining hall for kosher chicken to be cooked on disposable pans several times a week.
Religious Services
Our services are egalitarian, inclusive, and open to all! Though we don't hold Shabbat morning services on campus, arrangements can be made to attend a local Reform or Conservative synagogue.
